Welcome to DTDC Packers and Movers. By accessing our website dtdcpackermovers.in or using our relocation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

DTDC Packers and Movers provides packing, moving, transportation, and storage services for household goods, offices, and vehicles. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, transit times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Quotations: All price quotes provided are estimates based on the inventory list provided by the customer. The final price may vary if the actual inventory differs on moving day.
  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment of a token advance amount.
  • Payment Schedule: 80% of the total amount must be paid at the time of loading, and the remaining balance must be cleared before unloading at the destination.

3. Customer Obligations

To ensure a smooth move, the customer is responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate inventory list.
  • Securing all valuables, cash, jewelry, and important documents personally. We do not transport these items.
  • Ensuring that no prohibited items (explosives, inflammables, contraband) are packed.
  • Arranging necessary permissions for parking or lift usage at both origin and destination.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled moving date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the moving slot may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds for advance payments are processed within 7-10 working days, subject to deduction of administrative charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care of your belongings, DTDC Packers and Movers shall not be liable for:

  • Damages caused by natural calamities (Acts of God), riots, or civil disturbances.
  • Internal mechanical or electrical derangement of appliances (e.g., washing machines, refrigerators) unless there is visible external damage.
  • Minor scratches or dents on goods that were not packed by our professional team.

Note: We strongly recommend opting for transit insurance to cover risks during transportation.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, layout, design, data, and graphics on this website are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from dtdcpackermovers.in without our prior written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
